How long does delivery take?
    
  
  Express delivery across the United States typically takes just 2 business days from dispatch. When you place and pay for your order on a business day before the cut-off time, there’s a high chance your autoclave will arrive within 48 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
    
  
  We provide free shipping on all orders over 25$. For smaller orders, delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout. Every shipment is sent via express service, so you can count on the fastest possible delivery of your order.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
    
  
  If a product is temporarily out of stock, we’ll reach out to inform you about the expected delivery time and offer alternative options. We closely monitor inventory levels and keep you updated on any delays — always aiming to deliver your equipment as quickly as possible.

  All shipments are fully insured, giving you complete protection in case of loss, damage, or delivery issues, with quick resolutions guaranteed. If you notice any signs of damage to the packaging upon delivery, we recommend reporting it to the courier and contacting us right away.

  Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time. Tracking details are available directly on the carrier’s website, keeping you informed at every step.

Orders from SteriMax can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
How to package the product?
To prevent damage in transit, please pack the item carefully—ideally in its original shipping box with all protective materials.
How to initiate a return?
Email info@sterimax.us with your order number, invoice number, and the product details you wish to return. We’ll reply with the nearest return address.
Refund timing?
After we receive your item, we’ll send a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Before issuing the refund, we reserve the right to verify that the item is undamaged, fully functional, and in the same condition as originally shipped.
